Job Description

Eligibility Criteria:

Minimum 3 years of experience in manual and/or automation testing
Certification in Software Testing from a recognized institute
Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal
Strong requirement analysis and documentation skills
Ability to independently understand project goals and align testing accordingly

Key Skills Required:

Defect reporting and tracking
Test case creation and execution
Test specification development
Automation testing (Web & Hybrid applications)
Strong knowledge of SDLC and testing life cycle
Tools: Bugzilla, JIRA
Debugging and diagnostic tools
Analytical thinking and attention to detail

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare, execute, and maintain detailed
test cases
based on project requirements
Report, track, and verify defects
using tools like
Bugzilla
and
JIRA
Develop and execute
test specifications
for web and hybrid applications
Design and maintain a
suite of automated tests
Analyze software requirements to create
effective and creative test solutions
Work closely with the development team to
debug
issues and improve quality
Collaborate in
project requirement gathering
and prepare
requirement specification documents
Ensure complete test coverage and report test progress with clarity
