Role Overview As a Software Technical Team Lead , you will oversee the development and deployment of sophisticated software applications, mentor a team of developers, and ensure seamless collaboration between clients and internal teams. You will play a pivotal role in defining our technology stack, enhancing software architecture, and leading high-impact projects in IoT and enterprise solutions. Key Responsibilities ✅ Technical Leadership & Architecture Architect and develop scalable, high-performance applications with modern front-end and back-end technologies. Lead front-end development using ReactJS, NextJS, AngularJS, HTML, and CSS. Build robust back-end solutions in C, C++, Java, JavaScript, or TypeScript. Manage SQL and NoSQL databases, optimizing performance and ensuring data integrity. Implement server-side frameworks such as Hibernate, TypeORM, NestJS, MyBatis, or iBatis. Utilize cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) for scalable infrastructure solutions. ✅ Project & Team Management Define best practices, coding standards, and software development methodologies. Lead Agile-based project execution, sprint planning, and timely delivery using tools like Jira. Mentor developers through code reviews, pair programming, and training sessions. Collaborate with UI/UX designers, DevOps engineers, and embedded system teams for seamless integration. ✅ Client & Stakeholder Communication Engage directly with clients to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions. Provide innovative solutions to technical challenges and ensure project alignment with client expectations. Maintain comprehensive technical documentation, reports, and status updates. Qualifications & Skill Set 🔹 Technical Expertise 10+ years of experience in Full Stack Development. 5+ years in client-facing roles, managing enterprise or product-based solutions. 3+ years in team and project management with Agile methodologies. Hands-on experience with ReactJS, NextJS, AngularJS, HTML, CSS, and backend programming languages. Strong database management skills in SQL and NoSQL. Experience with ORM frameworks such as Hibernate, iBatis, MyBatis, TypeORM, or NestJS. Familiarity with cloud computing platforms like AWS, GCP, or Azure. 🔹 Leadership & Communication Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills to mentor and manage development teams. Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities to navigate complex technical challenges. 💡 Bonus Skills (Preferred, but not mandatory) Experience in cloud infrastructure management (AWS, GCP, Azure). Prior exposure to IoT-based applications or hardware-integrated software solutions. Proven expertise in large-scale enterprise software development. Familiarity with DevOps methodologies and CI/CD pipelines for continuous deployment.
