Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Software Team Lead to oversee a team of developers in designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality software applications. The ideal candidate should possess a strong technical background, proven leadership skills, and the ability to manage projects from concept to delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

Technical Leadership

• Guide the team through the design, development, testing, and deployment of software applications.
• Write clean, scalable, and efficient code when needed.
• Perform code reviews and ensure best practices and coding standards are followed.
• Collaborate with product owners, QA, and DevOps to define and deliver features.

Team Management

• Lead, mentor, and support the professional development of software engineers.
• Conduct regular 1-on-1s and performance reviews.
• Assign tasks, set deadlines, and ensure project timelines are met.

Project Management

• Break down complex projects into manageable pieces.
• Create technical specifications and architectural designs.
• Ensure documentation is up to date.
• Track progress and report to senior management or stakeholders.

Cross-functional Collaboration

• Work closely with UI/UX designers, QA engineers, and product managers.
• Help translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Participate in sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in software development.
• 1–2+ years of experience leading or mentoring a team.
• Strong expertise in [insert relevant tech stack – e.g., JavaScript, React, Angular, etc.].
• Strong expertise in ASP dot net technology, MVC frame work and APIs building.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD tools.
• Cloud experience (AWS, Azure, GCP) is a plus.
• Strong debugging, problem-solving, and communication skills.
