Job Title: Team Lead Software Development

Type of Employment - Contractual (12 Months)

Qualification Criteria

B.E./ B.Tech. in IT/CS with MCA/M-tech or other equivalent degree.

BCA/ MBA / M.SC (IT/CS) will also work

Note: - With B. E/ B. Tech degree Master’s is not mandatory but with any other graduation degree Master’s will be mandatory.

Experience:

10+ Years of professional experience of working with large IT organization

Out of 10 years, at least 5-6 years should be as team Lead.

At least 5 years of experience in Government sector is mandatory

Mandatory Skills:

• - Front-end languages like HTML, CSS, and JavaScript,
• Framework:

  - Angular or Re

  act or Vu.jes or Backbonjes or jQuery
• Backend language: - Java or Pyt

• Lead the development team and participate in the design, development, and deployment of software applications and systems
• Identify user requirements and coordinate with the team to develop effective software solutions
• Proficient in front-end languages like HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, framework such as Angular, React, Vujes, Backbonjes, jQuey. knowledge of at least one backend framework, such as Django, Spring as well as backend language, such as Java/ Python and PostGreSQL Database.
• Maintain high standards of software quality by establishing good practices and habits within the development team.
• Conduct regular code reviews to ensure the application is error-free
• Manage and prioritize the workload of the development team
• Mentor and provide technical guidance and feedback to the team members
• Collaborate with project stakeholders to ensure alignment between business requirements and system design
• Ensure project progress according to the schedule with the delivery of quality applications
• Resolve technical issues that could impact project timeline
• Stay abreast of the latest industry trends and technologies to keep the company at the cutting edge
• Strong Presentation and communication skills
