Software Team Lead

As a Software Team Lead at our company, your role will involve overseeing a team of developers to design, develop, and maintain high-quality software applications. Team Management: - Lead, mentor, and support the professional development of software engineers. - Conduct regular 1-on-1s and performance reviews. - Assign tasks, set deadlines, and ensure project timelines are met. Project Management: - Break down complex projects into manageable pieces. - Create technical specifications and architectural designs. - Ensure documentation is up to date. - Track progress and report to senior management or stakeholders. Cross-functional Collaboration: - Work closely with UI/UX designers, QA engineers, and product managers. - Help translate business needs into technical solutions. - Participate in sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives. Qualifications Required: - Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. - 5+ years of experience in software development. - 12+ years of experience leading or mentoring a team. - Strong expertise in ASP.NET technology, MVC framework, and APIs building. - Strong expertise in relevant tech stack e.g., JavaScript, React, Angular, etc. Soft Skills: - Excellent leadership and people management. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Time management and organizational skills. - Ability to make sound decisions under pressure.,
