Key Responsibilities: Provide technical support for our in-house software applications. Understand user issues and troubleshoot application errors effectively. Collaborate with developers to resolve bugs and enhance system performance. Write and optimize complex SQL queries for reports, data fixes, and analysis. Assist in testing, documentation, and deployment of software updates. Train end-users and document support processes when required. Requirements: B.Tech or MCA degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field. Strong knowledge of VB.NET, ASP.NET, and SQL Server. Proficient in writing and debugging complex SQL queries. Good analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to communicate technical issues to non-technical users clearly. Prior experience in software support or development will be a plus. Preferred Skills: Experience in web applications, ERP systems, or enterprise software. Basic understanding of software deployment.
