Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Software Sales Professional with a strong background in selling Autodesk Plant 3D software or similar engineering design solutions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales, building client relationships, and expanding market presence in the EPC and Engineering sector. Key Responsibilities: Identify and develop new business opportunities for engineering software solutions. Manage the complete sales cycle – from lead generation, client presentations, proposals, negotiation, to deal closure. Build and maintain strong relationships with EPC companies and engineering firms. Collaborate with technical pre-sales teams to deliver product demonstrations and presentations. Achieve monthly/quarterly/annual sales targets Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline, and customer interactions in CRM.
