Attendance Management Prepare and maintain the attendance tracking format. Add and delete employee names in the attendance system. Download and update weekly attendance data. Send email reminders to employees missing biometric entries. Verify attendance discrepancies using CCTV footage. Send absence notifications to concerned employees. Update leaves in the attendance file. Coordinate and collect signatures for the wage register. 2. Joining Formalities Send joining mails to selected candidates. Prepare offer letters and appointment letters. Collect and maintain new employee documentation. Maintain a file with new employee basic information. Organize and update new employee document folders. Print, scan, and file all relevant HR documents. Send office guidelines and onboarding instructions to new employees. Update the ID card information file. Issue ESIC forms and guide employees through the process.
