Job Description

We are looking for experienced Software Sales Executives with a strong background in B2B sales and a proven track record of achieving revenue targets. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and promoting our software products to potential customers across targeted markets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, prospect, and generate new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and lead generation activities.
  • Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Conduct product presentations, demos, and solution-based consultations for potential clients.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of product features, pricing, and competitive positioning.
  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
  • Prepare and negotiate proposals, quotations, and contracts aligned with company policies.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, product, and support, to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate sales pipeline details & customer information in CRM tools.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, market developments, and competitor offerings.

Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or related field.
  • Minimum 4 years of proven experience in software or IT solution sales.
  • Strong knowledge of B2B sales, SaaS products, CRM tools, and software solutions.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and work in a target-driven environment.
  • Self-motivated, result-oriented, and proactive approach to sales engagement.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in SaaS / Cloud-based product sales
  • Familiarity with enterprise software (ERP/CRM/HRMS/Custom Applications)
  • Understanding of lead generation tools & digital sales strategies
  • Existing industry network is a plus
