Job Description Key Account Manager (KAM) / Sr KAM Role: Key Account Manager (KAM) Level: Manager / L1 Job Location: Reporting to: ASM Experience: 4 to 8 years Job Specification / Description: In this role, the Key Account Manager (KAM) will drive the business from an assigned set of channel partners in the specified territory. Responsibilities: On-ground understanding of the markets of the assigned territory. Establish productive, professional relationships with key partner resources and partner owners in assigned accounts. ¢ Support partners in driving new business and renewal business, aligning with performance objectives. ¢ Meet assigned targets for profitable sales volume from partner accounts. ¢ Onboard new partners and ensure active business contribution. ¢ Lead joint partner planning processes to develop mutual performance. ¢ Assess, clarify, and validate partner needs on an ongoing basis. ¢ Sell through partner organizations to end users in coordination with partner sales resources. ¢ Manage potential channel conflicts by fostering communication internally and externally. ¢ Coordinate involvement of company and partner personnel. ¢ Drive adoption of company programs among assigned partners. ¢ Develop product and brand expertise, and train partner teams. ¢ Prior experience in IT or B2B software products will be an advantage. Skill Sets: ¢ Good communication (local language) and negotiation skills. ¢ Go-getter attitude. ¢ Accountable and responsible. ¢ Strong sense of urgency and ownership. ¢ Comfortable working in a fast-paced start-up environment.
