Job Role: Software Sales Executive

Role Overview

 We are looking for a motivated Software Sales Executive to handle sales calls to qualified

 leads, support product demos, and manage moderation inside our Skool community. The ideal

 candidate should be customer-centric, confident on calls, and able to convert warm leads across both

 B2B andB2Csegments.

 This hybrid role blends lead engagement, demo assistance, and community operations,

 suitable for someone who enjoys communication, customer interaction, and workflow ownership.

Key Responsibilities

 1. Lead Calls & Sales Follow-Ups (B2B + B2C)


 Call customers as per the leads provided.

 Conduct initial conversations to understand customer needs and position our product

 offerings.

 Schedule and coordinate with the DEV team for demo calls.

 Follow up with prospects to nurture and close deals.

 Maintain strong relationships with prospects to improve conversion rates.

 Handle both B2B and B2C enquiries and involve the technical team as required.

 2. Customer Interaction Documentation & Pipeline Management


 Update the interaction with the customers with call notes, pipeline stages, and follow-up

 actions.

 Track an d report sales progress, conversion metrics, and outreach status.

 Ensure all leads are contacted within defined SLA timelines.

 3. Skool Community Moderation

 Moderate discussions for Skool community.

 Support members by routing the basic queries to the right team.

 4. DemoCall & Content Support


 Review demo videos, walkthroughs, and Skool content videos with appropriate POCs before

 publishing.

 Ensure accuracy, clarity, and alignment with product updates.

 Coordinate with marketing/product teams for content inputs and improvements.

 Assist in preparing scripts, outlines, or talking points for demo recordings (as needed).

 5. Cross-Team Collaboration


 Coordinate with development, marketing, and leads to refine messaging.

 Share customer insights to improve product positioning and user experience.

 Participate in internal discussions for growth experiments and customer engagement

 strategies.

 Requirements

1. What We’re Looking For


 1–1.5 years of experience in SaaS sales, telesales, outbound sales, customer engagement.

 Must be comfortable speaking to leads on calls and high call confidence required.

 Experience working with leads provided by the business (outbound/inbound).

 Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

 Ability to explain SaaS product value clearly and confidently.

 Comfortable moderating discussions and reviewing video content.

 Strong attention to detail, ownership mindset, and ability to handle multiple tasks.

Good-to-Have Skills


 Understanding of Skool communities or similar platforms.

 Experience assisting with product demos or video content.

 Exposure to B2B/B2C SaaS user journeys.

 Familiarity with AI/tech products.
