You will be working as a Community Manager in Simplita.ai, a Professional IT Company under QnQ Healthcare Pvt Ltd. Your main responsibilities will include engaging with the community, managing customer relationships, handling social media accounts, and addressing client inquiries. You will also be coordinating community events, developing programs, and acting as a liaison between Simplita.ai and the community. To qualify for this role, you should have at least a Degree and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Experience in customer relationship management, community engagement, and proficiency in handling social media platforms are required. Additionally, you should have the ability to organize and manage events, along with strong problem-solving skills and adaptability.
