Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Software Sales Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of software solutions, excellent interpersonal skills, and a proven track record in sales. You will be responsible for generating leads, building relationships, and closing deals to help clients achieve their business goals through our software solutions. Key Responsibilities Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to achieve company objectives and sales targets. Identify new business opportunities and target potential customers. Lead Generation & Qualification: Generate leads through market research, networking, and outbound calls/emails. Qualify leads by understanding customer needs and business challenges. Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients. Present, demonstrate, and explain software solutions to clients, highlighting key benefits. Address client concerns and tailor solutions to their requirements. Sales Process Management: Prepare and deliver sales proposals and presentations. Negotiate terms and close deals effectively. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and sales activities in CRM tools. Market & Product Knowledge: Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and new software features. Provide feedback to the product team on customer needs and preferences. Reporting & Analysis: Track and report on sales performance metrics. Forecast sales and develop strategies to exceed targets.
