Role Overview

As a Software Sales & Lead Generation Executive, you’ll play a key role in driving Effezient Pro’s growth by generating new leads, conducting product demos, and helping convert prospects into happy customers.

This role is ideal for someone with a mix of sales acumen, communication skills, and a genuine interest in software solutions for businesses.

Key Responsibilities

· Identify and qualify new leads through online research, email campaigns, LinkedIn, and inbound inquiries.

· Engage with prospective clients to understand their business needs and pain points.

· Schedule and deliver online product demos, highlighting how Effezient Pro addresses client challenges.

· Follow up with prospects to move them through the sales funnel — from demo to closure.

· Maintain and update lead data in the CRM with proper notes and follow-up actions.

· Collaborate with marketing and product teams to optimize lead generation efforts.

· Meet or exceed monthly targets for demos, qualified leads, and conversions.

Required Skills & Qualifications

· 2–3 years of experience in software sales, B2B lead generation, or SaaS product promotion.

· Strong communication and presentation skills in English (Hindi or regional language is a plus).

· Good understanding of CRM or ERP solutions and business workflows.

· Hands-on experience with lead management and CRM tools.

· Ability to understand client requirements and explain software benefits effectively.

· Self-driven, result-oriented, and comfortable working with minimal supervision.

Preferred:

· Prior experience in selling CRM, HRMS, ERP, or SaaS products.

· Experience conducting product demos via Google Meet, Zoom, or similar platforms.

· Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, email outreach, and automation tools.
