Sales Support Executive

Key Requirements:

• Strong English communication skills (written & verbal).
• Ability to speak multiple languages, including:
• Kannada
• Malayalam
• Telugu | Tulu | Konkani
• Tamil
• Marathi
• Hindi
• Multilingual fluency is mandatory.

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide efficient day-to-day support to the sales team.
• Communicate and coordinate with clients in various languages based on requirement.
• Assist in handling customer inquiries, follow-ups, and service-related communication.
• Manage sales documentation, reports, and data entry tasks.
• Support order processing and ensure smooth coordination between departments.
• Maintain good customer relations and ensure timely resolutions.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Graduate in any stream.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Multilingual speaking ability, as mentioned above.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Good interpersonal skills and ability to multitask.
• Prior experience in sales support or customer service preferred.
