Location : Remote/London office as per project requirements Employment Type : Full-time Experience Level: 5+ years Specialization: Web Application Testing, Project Coordination Company : FinregE Limited (https://finreg-e.com) About Us FinregE is seeking a detail-oriented and client-focused Quality Assurance Engineer / QA Manager who can lead the end-to-end QA lifecycle for both web and mobile applications. This role involves hands-on manual testing, client engagement, coordination with cross-functional teams, and ownership of testing strategy and delivery quality across high-stakes projects. Key Responsibilities Design and execute manual and automated test cases for multiple web applications. Perform functional , non-functional , regression , UAT , sanity , smoke , accessibility , and PRD environment testing. Analyze business and technical requirements, and translate them into actionable test plans. Lead project coordination activities with internal teams and clients, ensuring smooth delivery and issue resolution. Ensure quality delivery under tight deadlines while maintaining open communication with both national and international clients. Create and manage test documentation, test suites, sprint reports, and impact analysis using Azure Dev Ops. Provide client support and live troubleshooting through MS Teams. Required Skills & Experience 5+ years of experience in software QA, with at least 2 years in project coordination. Strong understanding of SDLC, STLC, and Defect Life Cycle. Experience working with CMS-based platforms, responsive websites, and native apps. Proficiency in test planning, scenario design, and impact assessment. Familiar with popular tools: Bug Tracking: Azure Dev Ops Project Management: Azure DevOps Documentation: MS Office Suite Excellent communication skills in professional English, both written and verbal. Demonstrated success in handling enterprise clients. Preferred Traits Passion for quality, usability, and client satisfaction. Capability to coordinate multi-disciplinary teams across time zones.
