Key Responsibilities & Challenges

• Team Leadership:

  Manage and mentor a team of 5–10 engineers, driving high performance, collaboration, and continuous improvement. Own hiring, performance reviews, and career development.

• Hands-On Technical Direction:

  Provide architectural guidance and hands-on support to solve complex engineering problems, especially around integrations, scalability, and system optimization.

• End-to-End Delivery:

  Lead full software development lifecycle—from planning to deployment—for platform services aligned with business goals.

• Agile Execution:

  Champion agile practices to ensure the team ships high-impact, high-quality features efficiently.

• DevOps & Automation:

  Design and maintain world-class CI/CD pipelines to enable fast, reliable deployments and testing.

• System Stability & Scalability:

  Continuously improve performance, uptime, and maintainability of enterprise-grade systems.

• Compliance & Security:

  Ensure systems meet security and regulatory standards (e.g., ISO, client audits), working closely with infrastructure and security teams.

• Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  Translate product and business requirements into actionable engineering roadmaps in coordination with Product Managers and global platform teams.

• Technical Excellence:

  Set and enforce high standards for code quality, documentation, testing, and engineering best practices.

• Vendor & Stakeholder Management:

  Collaborate with third-party partners and internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and delivery excellence.

Main Requirements

• 8+ years in software engineering, with at least 3+ years in an engineering leadership role.
• Deep expertise in

  .NET Core, C#, MS SQL Server

  , and

  cloud platforms

  (preferably Azure).
• Proven experience in leading

  agile development teams

  and delivering enterprise-grade systems.
• Strong foundation in

  DevOps, CI/CD pipelines

  , and test automation.
• Exposure to

  AI-driven development tools

  or implementing AI-based customer solutions is a plus.
• Hands-on experience in both

  product engineering and system integration

  environments.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Comfortable working across functions, time zones, and organizational layers.
• Familiarity with tools like

  Azure DevOps, Jira Service Desk, and Confluence

  .
• Experience in

  Payments, Loyalty, or Employee Engagement

  industries is advantageous.
