About the Role

Full-Stack Developer

In this role, you’ll work closely with our lead developer, contributing to multiple backend services and a React-based frontend. Over time, you’ll take ownership of the modules and services you build.

  Redis, Kafka, RabbitMQ, MQTT

What You’ll Work On

• Develop new features and UIs in React that are

  responsive, accessible, and pixel-perfect

• Build scalable backend services

  with Node.js and Express for

  data-intensive applications

• Work on cron jobs, notification systems,

  and

  real-time IoT data pipelines

• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code

  with a focus on quality and performance
• Collaborate with backend, frontend, and infrastructure teams
• Read and integrate

  complex third-party APIs

• Handle multi-tenant logic

  and

  timezone-sensitive data flows

What We’re Looking For

• 2–3 years of professional

  full-stack development experience

• Strong proficiency in React and CSS

  with attention to detail
• Solid

  backend experience

  in Node.js and Express
• Good understanding of

  MongoDB

  and REST APIs
• Basic familiarity with

  Dockerized applications

• Experience working on data-heavy or event-driven systems

• Understanding of multi-tenant architectures

  and

  timezone-specific logic

• A developer who takes accountability

  , makes quick, informed decisions, and

  asks questions early

• Strong communication skills for working in a remote, collaborative team

• Familiarity with RabbitMQ, Kafka, or similar event/message systems

• Understanding of electrical systems or energy domain concepts is a plus
