About the Role We’re looking for a Full-Stack Developer who enjoys working across both frontend and backend, pays attention to detail, and is confident handling real-world integration scenarios. You’ll be joining a growing engineering team where the backend is solid—but we need someone who can raise the bar on the frontend too. In this role, you will work under the guidance of a lead developer, contributing to multiple backend services and a React-based frontend. Over time, you’ll be expected to independently own and manage the services you build. Experience Required: 2 to 4 years Our Tech Stack - Frontend: React, CSS, Formik + Yup + Apex Charts - Backend: Node.js with Express - APIs: REST - Database: MongoDB - Containerization: Docker - Others: Redis, Kafka, RabbitMQ What You’ll Work On - Developing new features and UIs with React that are responsive, accessible, and pixel-perfect. - Building scalable backend services using Node.js and Express for data intensive application. - Translate business logic into robust technical implementations through thoughtful and reliable coding practices. - Working across cron jobs, notification systems, and real-time IoT data pipelines - Writing clean and maintainable code with a focus on quality and performance - Participating in cross-functional discussions with backend and ops. - Integrating third-party APIs and reading complex documentation when required and developing POCs.
