Job Summary:

Dynatrace Developer

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer, configure, and maintain Dynatrace environments for enterprise-grade applications.
• Onboard complex and distributed applications into the Dynatrace monitoring ecosystem.
• Analyze application and infrastructure performance metrics to identify bottlenecks and recommend optimizations.
• Create and manage dashboards, scorecards, custom alerts, and reporting tools.
• Collaborate with development and DevOps teams to integrate monitoring with CI/CD pipelines.
• Support incident and problem management processes by providing actionable performance insights.
• Automate monitoring tasks using scripting languages and Dynatrace APIs.
• Stay updated on latest APM trends, tools, and best practices in observability.

Mandatory Skills:

• 4–6+ years

  of hands-on experience in Dynatrace administration and enterprise application onboarding.

• Dynatrace Associate/Professional certification

  preferred.
• Minimum

  3 years of experience

  with

  on-prem and cloud environments

  (AWS/Azure/GCP) involving IaaS and PaaS services.
• Expertise in

  Dynatrace configuration, troubleshooting

  , and environment tuning.
• Proficient in analyzing performance data, performing root cause analysis, and optimizing performance of SaaS/Cloud-based applications.
• Ability to perform

  technical assessments, workload modeling, scripting, and dashboarding

  .
• Strong understanding of

  APM tools and monitoring processes

  .
• Hands-on experience with

  scripting languages

  such as Python, PowerShell, or Shell.

Preferred Skills:

• Familiarity with containerized environments like

  Docker and Kubernetes

  .
• Experience with other observability tools like

  AppDynamics, New Relic, Prometheus, or Grafana

  .
• Exposure to

  DevOps tools

  (Jenkins, Git, Terraform) and monitoring-as-code practices.
• Prior experience in

  Telecom domain

  or large-scale enterprise systems is a plus.
