Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Developer with a strong focus on Apex development to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess in-depth knowledge of Salesforce technologies, particularly in Apex programming, and will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing solutions on the Salesforce platform. This role requires a proactive individual who can work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions that meet business needs.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain Salesforce applications using Apex, ensuring high performance and responsiveness.
• Implement batch processes and schedulers to automate data processing and ensure timely execution of tasks.
• Create and maintain test classes to ensure code quality and adherence to best practices.
• Develop triggers to support business logic and data integrity within Salesforce.
• Utilize SOQL and SOSL for efficient data retrieval and manipulation within Salesforce.
• Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
• Stay updated with Salesforce releases and best practices to continuously improve development processes.
• Provide support and troubleshooting for existing Salesforce applications and integrations.
  

Mandatory Skills

• Strong proficiency in Salesforce Apex, including Batch, Schedulers, Test Classes, Triggers, SOQL, and SOSL.
• Experience with Salesforce development tools and methodologies.
• Solid understanding of Salesforce data model and architecture.
• Ability to write clean, maintainable, and efficient code.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with Salesforce Lightning components and frameworks.
• Experience with integration tools and APIs.
• Knowledge of Agile development methodologies.
• Understanding of Salesforce security and sharing model.
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Developer, Salesforce Administrator) are a plus.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
