Software Engineer

You are required to have a strong background in Python programming, database management, and data science methodologies. Prior experience with conversational AI systems or chatbot development is highly desirable. You should possess strong research & analytical skills and sound knowledge of Deep learning, transformer, GAN's, VAE's, and LLM. Proven experience in natural language processing, prompt engineering, or similar roles is essential. Proficiency in programming languages such as Python and experience with relevant libraries and frameworks (eg, TensorFlow, PyTorch, spaCy) is also necessary. **Key Responsibilities:** - Design and develop creative and effective prompts for natural language understanding - Collaborate with software engineers and data scientists to integrate prompts into conversational interfaces - Continuously iterate and refine prompts to improve the quality and performance of the conversational AI system - Analyze user interactions and feedback to identify areas for prompt enhancement and adjust them accordingly - Analyze user interactions, model outputs, and performance metrics and feedback to continuously improve prompt-based systems - Utilize data-driven insights to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of the prompt engineering process - Work on optimizing algorithms for prompt generation and response to improve system performance - Stay updated on the latest advancements in natural language processing and integrate innovative techniques into prompt engineering - Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including software developers, data scientists, and UX designers, to ensure a seamless integration of prompt systems into products - Conduct thorough testing and evaluation of prompts to assess their effectiveness and efficiency - Address and resolve any issues related to prompt performance and user experience **Qualifications Required:** - Minimum 2-4 years of experience in Python programming, database management, and data science methodologies - Prior experience with conversational AI systems or chatbot development - Strong research & analytical skills - Sound knowledge of Deep learning, transformer, GAN's, VAE's, and LLM - Proficiency in programming languages such as Python and experience with relevant libraries and frameworks (eg, TensorFlow, PyTorch, spaCy) - Attention to detail - Team player - Quick learner - Critical thinker and problem-solving skills - Sound knowledge of Google Docs and spreadsheets **What GlobalLogic Offers:** At GlobalLogic, you will experience a culture of caring, continuous learning and development opportunities, interesting and meaningful work, balance and flexibility, and a high-trust organization.
