Technical Expertise (Primary Skills):

 Strong hands-on-experience working with Razor Views, CSS and JavaScript.

 Expertise in building responsive, user-friendly front-end components integrated with back-end systems.

Database Development:

 Design and implement complex SQL queries, stored procedures, and triggers.

 Optimize database queries to improve system performance and scalability.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Software Engineer-I with a min of 2-4 years of experience in advanced database management, web development, reporting, and API implementation. The ideal candidate will excel in problem-solving, system design, and team leadership. As a key contributor, you will work on cutting-edge projects, optimize system performance, and mentor a team to deliver scalable, high- quality solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

 Develop and maintain web applications using Razor Views, ASP pages, .Net, and C#.

 Build robust Web APIs for seamless integration with front-end systems.

Reporting & Analytics:

 Design and develop interactive reports using tools like SSRS or Power BI.

 Translate business requirements into insightful dashboards and visualizations.

System Design & Problem-Solving:

 Architect and implement scalable software systems based on best practices.

 Analyze complex technical issues and develop effective solutions.

Team Leadership:

 Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing team of software engineers.

 Oversee project deliverables, ensuring timelines and quality standards are met.

 Foster a collaborative team environment focused on continuous improvement.

Required Skills and Experience:

 Minimum 2-4 years of hands-on experience in Razor Views, CSS and JavaScript, SQL Server (complex queries, stored procedures, triggers, and query optimization).

 Strong knowledge of ASP, .Net, and C# for web development.

 Proven experience with Web API development and integration.

 Expertise in reporting tools such as SSRS or Power BI.

Problem-Solving & System Design:

 Proficient in analyzing and solving software engineering problems.

 Strong understanding of system architecture and design principles.

Soft Skills:

 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

 Highly organized, with a strong focus on delivering high-quality outcomes.

Preferred Qualifications:

 Knowledge of Agile methodologies and experience working in Agile teams.

 Familiarity with cloud technologies such as Azure or AWS.

 Experience with CI/CD pipelines for automated deployment.

 Bachelor’s in computer science or related.
