Key Responsibilities

1. Core Development & Automation

• Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable software solutions using

  C++, C#, .NET Framework, and .NET Core

  .
• Develop and maintain automation scripts within the

  Compleat Ticketing Tool

  to improve ticket lifecycle management and workflow efficiency.
• Integrate third-party libraries and APIs (RESTful/SOAP) to ensure stability and performance across applications.
• Debug and optimize legacy systems while implementing new modules and APIs.

2. Engineering Standards

• Write clean, scalable, and maintainable code adhering to modern standards (SOLID, DRY, OOP).
• Perform code reviews and enforce consistent coding practices across the development team.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, including API references and design specs.

3. Collaboration & Delivery

• Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Participate in the full

  software development lifecycle (SDLC)

  —including requirements gathering, coding, testing, debugging, and deployment—in an Agile environment.

Candidate Requirements

• Education:

  Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.

• Experience:

  3–5 years of professional experience in software coding using

  C++ and .NET

  .

• Technical Proficiency:

• Strong command of

  OOP, Design Patterns, and Software Architecture

  .
• Experience with

  Compleat Ticketing Tool

  (Travel Mid-Office) is highly preferred.
• Experience with JIRA/ServiceNow is a plus for workflow management.
• Proficiency in Databases (SQL Server, MySQL, or PostgreSQL).
• Comfortable working in both Windows and Linux environments.

Preferred Skills (Nice to Have)

• Experience with

  Cloud deployment

  (Azure, AWS, or GCP).
• Familiarity with

  Microservices architecture

  and

  Containerization

  (Docker/Kubernetes).
• Exposure to

  CI/CD pipelines

  and automated testing frameworks.
• Basic understanding of front-end technologies (JavaScript, TypeScript, or React).
