We are seeking a hands-on Software Engineer with deep experience in C++ and .NET to drive engineering excellence and take ownership of end-to-end coding, debugging, and optimization. You will play a critical role in building reliable, high-performance automation solutions, specifically enhancing our Compleat Ticketing mid-office systems to provide agents with a seamless booking experience across our global ecosystem. Key Responsibilities 1. Core Development & Automation Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable software solutions using C++, C#, .NET Framework, and .NET Core . Develop and maintain automation scripts within the Compleat Ticketing Tool to improve ticket lifecycle management and workflow efficiency. Integrate third-party libraries and APIs (RESTful/SOAP) to ensure stability and performance across applications. Debug and optimize legacy systems while implementing new modules and APIs. 2. Engineering Standards Write clean, scalable, and maintainable code adhering to modern standards (SOLID, DRY, OOP). Perform code reviews and enforce consistent coding practices across the development team. Create and maintain technical documentation, including API references and design specs. 3. Collaboration & Delivery Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions.
