Lead the full sales cycle — from prospecting to proposal to closure. Collaborate closely with internal recruitment teams to ensure timely and quality delivery. Maintain accurate CRM records, forecasts, and performance dashboards. Stay informed on US staffing market trends, competitive positioning, and buyer behavior. Lay the groundwork for future team expansion and leadership within the US BD function. Requirements 8+ years of experience in staffing or recruitment sales (IT or non-IT sectors). Demonstrated success in new logo acquisition and hitting revenue targets. Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Familiarity with staffing models and service-based delivery environments. Hands-on experience with VMS/MSP programs is a plus. US market experience (remote or onsite). Sales / Hunting experience with a strong track record of client acquisition. Understanding of System Integrator (SI) or Staffing Business (IT & Non-IT Staffing). Proven ability to work independently and drive initiatives without close supervision. Leadership potential to build and scale the US Business Development team. Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred.
