Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Software Engineer with 5 to 7 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Javascript Core Java and PL/SQL with a preference for those experienced in Asset and Wealth Management. This hybrid role involves rotational shifts offering a dynamic work environment to contribute to innovative projects.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain high-quality software solutions using Javascript Core Java and PL/SQL to meet business requirements.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design implement and test software applications that enhance user experience.
Analyze and resolve technical issues ensuring the stability and performance of software systems.
Participate in code reviews to maintain code quality and ensure adherence to best practices.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and methodologies.
Implement software enhancements and bug fixes based on user feedback and business needs.
Document software designs technical specifications and user guides to facilitate knowledge sharing.
Work in a rotational shift model to provide support and ensure system availability.
Adapt to the hybrid work model balancing remote and in-office work effectively.
Engage in professional development to stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
Ensure data integrity and security in all software applications developed.
Provide technical guidance and support to junior team members as needed.

Qualifications

Possess strong proficiency in Javascript Core Java and PL/SQL with a proven track record of successful projects.
Demonstrate experience in Asset and Wealth Management enhancing domain-specific software solutions.
Exhibit excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex software issues.
Show adaptability to work in a hybrid environment and manage rotational shifts effectively.
Display strong communication skills to collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
Have a keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality software solutions.
Be proactive in learning and applying new technologies to improve software development practices.
