JOB DESCRIPTION Full Stack Developer + UI/UX cum Frontend Engineer – Mumbai Title: Full Stack Developer (Python/Node + Cloud) + UI/UX + Frontend Developer – B2B SaaS Design & Delivery About Us: At Has Holdings Pty Ltd (HAS), we are at the forefront of cooling tower water and energy optimization software. Our solutions help industrial clients reduce water and energy consumption, optimize system performance, and enhance sustainability. We work with power plants, refineries, data centers, and other high water-usage industries to drive efficiency and cost savings. About the Role: We’re hiring a full-stack developer who can also contribute to product design and user experience. You’ll build scalable, cloud-based applications for industrial water optimisation, own backend APIs, deployment pipelines, and collaborate with the project manager on UI/UX, frontend development, and QA testing for integrated delivery. Key Responsibilities: * Backend development using Python (Django/Flask) or Node.js * Build REST APIs and database schemas (PostgreSQL/MySQL) * Deploy and manage app on AWS or GCP * Design mock-ups/wireframes in Figma or Adobe XD * Convert UI into React/HTML/CSS code * Write UI unit tests and assist in manual QA testing * Work closely with backend and design teams on UI integrations * Work with UI/UX and QA for integrated delivery Ideal Candidate: * 2+ years in full stack and frontend/UI/UX roles * Proficiency in Python/Node.js, React (or Angular/Vue), and Figma * Experience with Git, CI/CD, containerisation (Docker) * Basic understanding of QA processes and tools (e.g., Cypress) * Familiarity with analytics dashboards and SaaS architecture * Passion for great design, pixel-perfect UI, and scalable architecture * Self-managed with startup attitude Equal Opportunity Note: We value diverse experiences and backgrounds.
