Role Summary

Senior Software Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain

  Spring Boot based microservices

• Build and expose

  RESTful APIs

  following best practices
• Develop and deploy applications on

  AWS cloud

• Work with

  Docker and Kubernetes (EKS)

  for containerized deployments
• Integrate applications with

  databases and messaging systems

• Participate in

  code reviews, debugging, and performance tuning

• Follow

  secure coding practices

  and application security standards
• Support CI/CD pipelines and automated deployments
• Collaborate with product owners, QA, DevOps, and architects
• Provide support for production issues and bug fixes

Required Technical Skills

Backend Development

• Strong hands-on experience in

  Java (8/11/17)

• Experience with

  Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Data JPA

• Good understanding of

  Microservices architecture

• Experience with

  REST APIs and JSON

AWS Cloud

• Hands-on experience with AWS services:
• EC2, ECS/EKS
• S3, RDS
• API Gateway, Load Balancer
• IAM, CloudWatch
• Understanding of

  cloud security and monitoring

DevOps & Tools

• CI/CD tools: Jenkins, GitHub Actions, AWS CodePipeline
• Containerization using

  Docker

• Basic knowledge of

  Kubernetes (EKS)

• Infrastructure as Code exposure (Terraform / CloudFormation – good to have)

Databases & Messaging

• RDBMS: MySQL / PostgreSQL / Oracle
• NoSQL exposure: DynamoDB / MongoDB
• Messaging: Kafka / SQS / SNS (good to have)

Good to Have

• Experience with

  Spring Security, OAuth2, JWT

• AWS Certification (Associate level preferred)
• Exposure to Agile / Scrum development
• Experience in production support environments
