Job Description

GrowExx is seeking a highly analytical Software Engineer – QA , to ensure the quality and reliability of our applications. The ideal candidate will have experience in automated and manual testing, working with frameworks like Cypress, nUnit, and TestRail to validate software functionality. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and execute test plans for software applications Perform automated and manual testing using Cypress, nUnit, and TestRail Identify, document, and report software defects Collaborate with developers to resolve issues and improve software quality Ensure compliance with industry standards, including healthcare regulations Utilize project management tools like JIRA, Confluence, and Office 365 Key Skills Strong knowledge of Cypress, nUnit, TestRail Experience with SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MySQL Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies Education and Experience B.Tech or B.E. or MCA or BCA 3+ years of experience in software testing Analytical and Personal Skills Must have good logical reasoning and analytical skills Ability to break big goals to small incremental actions Excellent Communication and collaboration skills Demonstrate Ownership and Accountability of their work Great attention to details Self-Criticizing Demonstrate ownership of tasks Positive and Cheerful outlook in life Show more Show less
