GrowExx is seeking a Senior Executive- Accounts & Finance , to drive financial planning and analysis, and to ensure compliance with regulatory standards. Key Responsibilities Finalization of books of accounts Payroll processing and related compliances Routine day to day accounting work Monthly Ledger Scrutiny of book of accounts and related supporting verifications Preparation of Fixed Assets Register Foreign Currency Gain / (Loss) Checking & entry Statutory compliances e.g. GST, TDS, PF, ESIC and PT. Experience in MIS (PPT) Preparation, Excel, SAP Experience with Cost centers in Zoho Able to work single handedly accounting with minimum supervision Preparation of sales E-invoice Filing of GST and TDS Returns Statutory Audit of books Expertise in Excel Key Skills Bank liaisoning for export remittances Follow up for overdue payment of customers Ledger reconciliation / Confirmation from customer and vendors. Insurance Renewals before due date Passing of month end provision entries for closure of books Education and Experience Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in accounts. ( Experience of working on Zoho for minimum 2 years) Qualification: B.com/ M.com/MBA Finance Show more Show less
