Responsibilities

Develop features with focus on quality, usability & performance
Participate in livesite operations with emphasis on timely response, delivery & satisfaction for stakeholders
Collaborate across internal & external stakeholders providing leadership and mentoring

Qualifications

Must-haves:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Advanced Sciences or equivalent alternative education, skills and/or practical experience
3+ years of professional software development experience with 1+ years in building cloud-based SaaS applications
Strong written and verbal English communication skills
Strong technical skills including understanding object-oriented programming & design, algorithms, database concepts & performance
Demonstrable coding, debugging, design, testing and problem-solving skills

Nice-to-haves

Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations or other enterprise resource and planning (ERP) software experience
Knowledge of microservices principles
X++/C#/Java, JavaScript/TypeScript, SQL experience.
Familiarity with AI agents or copilots that assist in task automation or decision support.
Ability to work with structured and unstructured data for AI readiness
Exposure of working with tools or interfaces where AI augments human decision making. (Eg. Summarization, task routing, suggestions)
