Role Overview:

Software Development Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the software development lifecycle from design to deployment.
• Manage, mentor, and grow a team of developers and tech leads.
• Align technical solutions with business goals and product strategy.
• Ensure product quality through code reviews, documentation, and testing standards.
• Collaborate with Product, QA, and DevOps teams for timely, secure, and scalable releases.
• Drive Agile/Scrum ceremonies and continuous improvement processes.
• Solve complex technical challenges and manage technical debt.
  

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• Minimum 8 years of development experience, with 3+ years in a leadership role.
• Strong experience in full-stack technologies (e.g., React, Node.js, Python, or equivalent).
• Proficiency with API design, microservices architecture, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure).
• Solid knowledge of CI/CD, Git, Agile frameworks, and modern development tools.
  

Preferred Skills:

• SaaS product experience or enterprise application development.
• Knowledge of DevOps, Docker, Kubernetes.
• Understanding of secure coding practices and compliance standards.
