• 7+ years of experience into UiPath Development and Testing
• Experience into Testing tools like UFT, JMeter, BlazeMeter, Rest Assured,Postman, SoapUI.
• Experience into scripting with Python or VBScript or JavaScript.
• Experience into RDBMS like Oracle or SQL Server or Sybase or Advanced SQL.
  

Development

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES/KRAS/KPIS:

• Design, develop, and implement end-to-end automation workflows using UiPath Studio.
• Collaborate with business analysts to create and validate PDD (Process Definition Documents) and SDD (Solution Design Documents).
• Build reusable components, custom workflows, and integrate with various systems (web, Windows, mainframe, Citrix, APIs, etc.).
• Utilize OCR, ICR, Machine Learning, and AI components for intelligent automation scenarios.
• Configure and manage automation deployments using UiPath Orchestrator (bots, assets, queues, schedules).
• Perform code reviews, optimization and performance tuning of developed bots.
• Maintain and enhance bots’ post-deployment with issue resolution and change management.
  

Quality Assurance & Testing

• Lead automation and functional testing projects using UFT, Selenium, JMeter, BlazeMeter, and Rest Assured.
• Design and maintain test frameworks and reusable test assets.
• Conduct ETL testing and complex SQL queries for backend validation.
• Perform API testing using Postman, SoapUI, and REST/SOAP-based services.
• Validate test coverage and traceability with RTMs.
• Conduct various testing phases: Unit, Integration, System, Regression, UAT.
  

Team Leadership & Project Management

• Lead QA teams across onshore and offshore locations.
• Collaborate with developers, product owners, and business analysts to ensure testable requirements.
• Mentor junior engineers and conduct code reviews, test audits, and performance tuning.
• Drive process improvements, automation strategy, and RPA Centre of Excellence initiatives.
• Maintain documentation, test plans, and project status reports for stakeholder review.
