System Analyst

As an experienced System Analyst, you will be a key member of our team responsible for delivering managed services solutions to clients in the Insurance Industry. Your primary focus will be on ensuring seamless integration with their existing operations and providing end-to-end support. To excel in this role, you must possess strong consulting skills, a deep understanding of managed services, and excellent communication abilities. Your responsibilities will include handling Financial Period-End Tasks, Transaction Processing, Data Management & Support, as well as Maintenance activities. You will be required to create Managed Services reports for clients, detailing completed tasks at month end, monthly, and year end. Additionally, you will be responsible for creating and restoring databases, data imports, audit support, and providing data extracts/exports as needed. To be successful in this role, you should have at least 5 years of total experience with a strong understanding of Excel, Databases (MS SQL Server/Oracle), and IT service management frameworks such as ITIL. You must also have proven experience with MS SQL Server and Excel, as well as familiarity with cloud-based technologies and managed services platforms. Please note that this position involves working night shifts (8:30 PM - 5:30 AM) to align with client business hours. Weekend and public holiday work may also be required. Your ability to perform sanity checks, manual testing on client databases, troubleshoot and resolve environment/process issues, and continuously deliver managed services to clients without impacting their business continuity will be crucial.
