System Analyst

As a System Analyst at our company, your role will involve delivering managed services solutions to clients within the Insurance Industry. You will ensure seamless integration with their existing operations and provide end-to-end support. Your responsibilities will include Financial Period-End Tasks, Transaction Processing, Data Management & Support, and Maintenance activities. Key Responsibilities: - Create Managed Services reports detailing completed tasks at month end, monthly, and year end for clients. - Create and restore databases, perform data imports, and provide data extracts/exports as required. - Conduct sanity checks and manual testing on client databases to ensure scheduled tasks do not fail. - Generate daily debit order files for client submission and troubleshoot and resolve environment/process issues. - Continuously deliver managed services to clients without impacting their business continuity. Qualifications Required: - Total Experience: 5+ years - Relevant Experience: Strong understanding of Excel, Databases (MS SQL Server / Oracle), IT service management frameworks (ITIL), and experience with MS SQL Server and Excel. - Experience with cloud-based technologies and managed services platforms. - Willingness to work night shifts (8:30 PM - 5:30 AM), weekends, and public holidays to align with client business hours.
