System Analyst

Job Description: As a qualified candidate with a MCA/B.E./B.Tech (IT/CS/ECE) degree and 4-7 years of experience, you will play a crucial role in impact analysis and change request analysis of client requirements. Your responsibilities will include preparing detailed analysis documents, outlining system changes as per client requirements, and configuring through SQL. Additionally, you will be responsible for unit and integration testing related to client implementation, test management, defect logging, and management. Your role will also involve developing end-to-end test cases at application and multi-application levels to ensure business, technical, and functional requirements are met throughout the SDLC. Adhering to SLAs and targets, accurate work estimation, mentoring team members and new hires, as well as driving process improvement initiatives will be key aspects of your responsibilities. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct impact analysis of client requirements (medium to high complexity) and prepare analysis documents outlining system changes. - Perform configuration through SQL and conduct unit and integration testing. - Manage testing, including test planning, defect logging, and management. - Develop comprehensive test cases at application and multi-application levels to ensure requirements are met throughout the SDLC. - Adhere to SLAs and targets. - Accurately estimate assigned work. - Mentor team members and new hires. - Drive process improvement. Qualifications Required: - MCA/B.E./B.Tech (IT/CS/ECE) degree. - 4-7 years of relevant experience. - Excellent communication skills.
