We are seeking a

System Analyst

with

3-4 years of overall professional experience

, including

1-2 years of hands-on expertise in the Learning domain

, preferably with

SAP SuccessFactors Learning Module

. The ideal candidate will play a key role in analyzing business requirements, designing solutions, and supporting the implementation and optimization of our learning systems.

What will your job look like

Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document requirements related to learning systems.
Configure, maintain, and support
SAP SuccessFactors Learning Module
and related applications.
Perform gap analysis between business needs and system capabilities, recommending effective solutions.
Partner with HR, LD, and IT teams to ensure seamless integration of learning systems with other HR modules.
Conduct system testing, troubleshoot issues, and provide timely resolutions.
Prepare functional specifications, user guides, and training materials for end-users.
Monitor system performance and proactively suggest improvements for efficiency and user experience.
Stay updated on SuccessFactors releases and industry best practices to ensure continuous enhancement

All you need is...

Required Qualifications

Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, HR Technology, or related field.
3-4 years of total professional experience
in system analysis, configuration, or support.
1-2 years of experience in the Learning domain
, with a strong preference for
SuccessFactors Learning Module
.
Solid understanding of HR processes, learning management workflows, and compliance requirements.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Skills

Experience with other SuccessFactors modules (Performance, Recruiting, Employee Central).
Knowledge of integration tools (SAP CPI, APIs, or middleware).
Exposure to reporting tools and analytics in SuccessFactors.
Ability to work in agile environments and manage multiple priorities.
