About the role:

This is a unique full-time opportunity for an individual who is seeking new challenges and has a problem-solving mindset. In this role you will be a member of centralized R&D automation framework team serving needs of 1000+ engineers, which designs, develops and operates automation solutions for large-scale, Web-based applications. In this role you will deliver technical solutions to ensure overall quality and integrity of scalable, high performance solutions for transaction-intensive web application and micro services. This position plays an integral role in providing technical and product feedback at all stages of the development life cycle.

What You Will Be Doing:

• Contribute to the design, development, and maintenance of automation frameworks.

• Design, develop and maintain performance/load and security testing frameworks

• Create and continuously enhance CI/CD Pipeline for Automated tests

• Collaborate with Architects and other stakeholders to understand the problem and provide error free solutions

• Innovate and build automated solutions for 1000+ Software Engineers and SDETs to meet their needs.

• Continuous R&D on all test layers and build automated solutions around them

• Perform reviews of new code in Test frameworks and CI/CD pipeline

• Deliver technical solutions in accordance with enterprise standards and within development and operational guidelines

• Research and implement tools that support faster delivery with high quality • Collaborate as part of the scrum team in grooming sessions and defining acceptance criteria of deliveries

Must Have Skills:

• B. E.\B Tech\MCA (Must) from reputed institute/University having 3-6 years of relevant experience • 2+ years of experience in development & maintenance of web automation frameworks

• Strong hands-on experience with Java/Javascript and OOPs concepts.

• Good understanding of Maven and build lifecycles.

• Experience working with Jenkins or similar CI/CD tools.

• Strong knowledge and hands on experience on Maven and its build lifecycle

• Basic understanding of cloud based web applications and its architecture

• Hands-on experience on REST APIs automation framework using Karate or Rest Assured

• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills

Preferred Skills:

• Exposure to AI tools technologies like MCP Servers.

• Hands on experience with cloud based providers like AWS or Azure

• Knowledge of WDIO/playwright is an added advantage

• Knowledge on developing and monitoring performance automated test is an added advantage (using Gatling or JMeter or any other similar tools)
