We are currently looking for a Software Development Engineer II - Full Stack in India.In this role, you will design, develop, and maintain high-quality, production-level software across the full technology stack, contributing to scalable and reliable solutions that support business growth and operational efficiency. You will work closely with product owners, engineering managers, and cross-functional teams to define requirements, implement features, and maintain system performance. This position provides an opportunity to lead technical initiatives, influence architecture decisions, and mentor junior developers. Accountabilities
- Develop, test, and maintain full-stack software solutions using .NET, C#, ASP.NET MVC, JavaScript, and related technologies
- Design and implement RESTful APIs and data-driven solutions with strong understanding of relational database concepts and SQL
- Participate in architecture and design discussions, providing technical guidance and recommendations
- Own feature development from design through implementation, including code quality, testing, and performance optimization
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, DevOps, and QA to deliver features on time with minimal defects
- Mentor junior engineers, conduct code reviews, and provide technical guidance
- Proactively identify technical debt and implement solutions to maintain system reliability and performance
- Participate in system-level design, service-level architecture, and review boards as needed
Requirements
- 3+ years of professional experience in full-stack software development
- Strong programming skills with object-oriented design principles and defensive coding mindset
- Experience with SQL, JSON, REST, .NET, C#, ASP.NET MVC, JavaScript, and relational database design
- Knowledge of agile software development methodologies and experience working in cross-functional teams
- Understanding of secure coding practices (OWASP) and automated testing strategies
- Hands-on experience in infrastructure automation, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps practices is a plus
- Familiarity with cloud platforms, especially Microsoft Azure, and event-driven or service-oriented architectures is preferred
- Strong problem-solving, collaboration, and communication skills
- Ability to take ownership of features or services, from design to implementation and deployment
