About the Role:
We're seeking a Frontend Heavy Full Stack SDE2 who is passionate about building intuitive user interfaces and eager to grow their full-stack capabilities. You'll implement AI-powered features, work with LLM integrations, and contribute to building the frontend architecture that makes our AI capabilities accessible and delightful to use.
Responsibilities:
- AI Feature Implementation: Develop user-facing components for conversational AI, content generation, and intelligent automation
- Integration Work: Connect frontend applications with AI/LLM services and internal APIs
- Component Development: Build reusable, well-tested components that handle AI interactions and real-time responses
- API Collaboration: Work with backend APIs (GraphQL/REST) and contribute to their design
- Performance Focus: Optimise frontend performance for AI features with streaming data and complex interactions
Requirements:
- 3+ years full-stack development experience with frontend focus (70% frontend/30% backend)
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, Vue.js (or React), HTML5, CSS3
- Solid understanding of modern frontend practices: component architecture, state management, responsive design
- Basic to intermediate Node.js experience for API work
- Experience with REST APIs
- Understanding of asynchronous programming and handling real-time data
- Ability to write clean, well-documented, self-explanatory code
- Experience building scalable, user-facing applications
Good to Have:
- Exposure to LLM integrations or AI-powered features
- Familiarity with streaming responses or real-time UI updates
- Experience with Vue.js specifically (beyond React)
- Knowledge of design systems or component libraries
- Understanding of WebSockets or real-time protocols
- Interest in AI/ML concepts and prompt engineering
