What You’ll Do

As a Software Engineer, you’ll join a team responsible for building and maintaining integrations between our platform and third-party services, such as ServiceNow and other leading ITSM and data systems. You’ll contribute to building robust integrations with APIs, enhancing integration flows, and maintaining high-quality solutions.

Responsibilities include:

Collaborate with your team to design, build, and maintain platform-level 3rd party integrations
Write clean, maintainable, and scalable solutions using JavaScript, Python, Golang, or other backend technologies
Work with APIs (REST, GraphQL) and data formats such as JSON and XML
Support the SDLC through agile development practices, including code reviews, testing and release management
Embrace and uphold the team's culture of collaboration, respect, and technical excellence

Preferred Qualifications & Skills:

B.E/B.Tech/MCA in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related discipline
Experience or solid understanding of any programming language (JavaScript, Python or Go is a plus)
Strong understanding of software engineering fundamentals: data structures, algorithms, and object-oriented principles
Exposure to RESTful APIs and web protocols;
Knowledge of ServiceNow or ITSM tools is a strong advantage
Understanding of JSON, scripting, and API data formats
Experience with Agile/Scrum software development lifecycle
Curiosity and willingness to dive into new technologies and domains
