Key Responsibilities Lead MVP development from concept to deployment Build an AI-powered scheduling and recommendation engine Develop a web-based platform that integrates with Open Dental software Implement features to analyze patient data and predict no-shows Automate patient communication via SMS and email using Twilio and SendGrid Support online appointment booking, payments, and smart promotions Ensure compliance with data security and healthcare standards (HIPAA) Integrate third-party APIs like Open Dental, Stripe, and more Collaborate directly with the founder for rapid iteration and feedback Design scalable architecture for future expansion Preferred Experience Strong coding skills in Python, Node.js, or TypeScript Experience with AI/ML models, LangChain, or intelligent automation Familiarity with building SaaS platforms or healthcare tech Bonus: Knowledge of Open Dental, Twilio, or HIPAA-compliant systems Tech Stack Highlights Backend: Node.js, TypeScript, Python Frontend: React, Next.js AI/ML: OpenAI, LangChain, custom classifiers Infrastructure: Firebase, AWS, Supabase APIs: Open Dental, Stripe, Twilio, SendGrid Who Should Apply We’re looking for developers who thrive in startup environments—self-starters who take initiative, iterate quickly, and care deeply about user impact.
