Role Overview:

As a Software Developer at AdSynergix, you will play a key role in building and scaling our adtech platform. This is an opportunity to work on challenging problems involving real-time data, microservices, and seamless system integrations. You’ll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, take full ownership of the modules you build, and contribute directly to the success of our campaigns and products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Full-Stack Development:

  Develop and maintain both frontend and backend components of the adtech platform.

• Backend Engineering:

  Build and optimize backend services using Node.js and REST APIs. Microservices Architecture: Design, implement, and maintain microservices for campaigns,automation, and analytics.

• Systems & Integrations:

  Work with real-time data pipelines, webhooks, and third-party API integrations.

• Collaboration & Delivery:

  Work closely with product, design, and sales teams to deliver scalable solutions.

• Ownership & Deployment:

  Take end-to-end ownership of the modules you build — from concept to deployment.

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong understanding of JavaScript fundamentals (with a focus on backend development).
• Hands-on experience with REST APIs, Git, debugging, and writing scalable code.
• Familiarity with microservices architecture and interest in system design thinking.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
• A mindset that values ownership and product impact over just completing tickets.
• Previous experience in CSR stack is an add on.
