Software Developer

Key Responsibilities:

Software Development:

• Design, develop, test, and deploy software applications as per business requirements.
• Work on end-to-end software development lifecycle — from concept and design to testing and implementation.
• Maintain and improve existing systems and applications.
• Collaborate with internal teams to gather requirements and create efficient technical solutions.
• Ensure scalability, performance, and security of developed applications.

IT Infrastructure & Support:

• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and networking issues across the company.
• Manage installations, configurations, and upgrades of systems and software.
• Maintain IT assets, user accounts, and access permissions.
• Coordinate with vendors for IT-related purchases, maintenance, and support.
• Ensure data backup, antivirus updates, and overall IT security compliance.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Proven experience in full-stack software development.
• Strong knowledge of programming languages such as Python, Java, .NET, PHP, or Node.js.
• Hands-on experience with databases (MySQL, SQL Server, MongoDB, etc.).
• Knowledge of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, etc.) is a plus.
• Experience in software version control (Git, GitHub, etc.).
• Good understanding of networking, system administration, and troubleshooting.
• Strong problem-solving and multitasking skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Preferred Experience:

• 3-8 years of experience in software development and IT support.
• Exposure to ERP, CRM, or internal business software systems preferred.
• Experience in managing small IT teams or external vendors is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹275,405.82 - ₹1,239,611.54 per year
