Procurement Head- Surgical

• Develop and implement procurement strategy for surgical equipment, disposables, and consumables.
• Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers to ensure best cost, quality, and terms.
• Maintain strong vendor relationships and ensure compliance with medical standards (ISO, CE, FDA, CDSCO).
• Monitor supplier performance and approve new vendors based on certifications and audits.
• Manage inventory levels to avoid stockouts and reduce wastage/expiry.
• Forecast demand and align procurement with hospital/market needs.
• Ensure all procurement activities comply with regulatory and ethical guidelines.
• Prepare and manage budgets while driving cost savings initiatives.
• Lead, mentor, and monitor the procurement team for performance and KPIs.
• Implement ERP/e-procurement systems to improve efficiency and transparency.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹100,000.00 per month
