Role Overview We're hiring a Software Developer who excels in Django , Python, AIML and modern backend development. If you're passionate about Django, AI agents, scalable architectures, and cutting-edge tools like LangChain and Pinecone, this is your opportunity to make a direct product impact. Key Responsibilities Design and develop robust, testable, and scalable backend systems using Python And Django. Build and manage RESTful and GraphQL APIs adhering to modern standards and security protocols. Architect and deploy AI agents and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) workflows using LangChain or similar libraries. Integrate vector databases such as Pinecone, FAISS, or Weaviate for embedding-based search and memory. Enable real-time functionality using WebSockets or Django Channels. Implement asynchronous task queues using Celery with retry logic, schedules, and monitoring. Containerize services with Docker and collaborate on Kubernetes deployments. Integrate third-party services including Stripe, Razorpay, and event-driven webhooks. Work with AWS (EC2, S3, RDS, CloudWatch) for cloud deployments and infrastructure management. Write and maintain automated tests using pytest or unittest with ≥80% code coverage. Follow CI/CD pipelines, Git best practices, and engage in detailed code reviews. Contribute to technical documentation, team knowledge-sharing, and cross-functional collaboration. AI & ML Focus - Must-Have Experience building AI agents and tools using LangChain, Python, or other LLM orchestration frameworks. Understanding of prompt chaining, embedding models, and RAG-based systems. Hands-on with vector databases like Pinecone, FAISS, or Weaviate. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. 2-5 years of experience developing backend applications using Python. Must have strong hands-on experience with Django. Solid knowledge of REST APIs, GraphQL, webhooks, and Python libraries (requests, datetime, etc.). Working experience with Docker, AWS, and CI/CD pipelines. Proficiency in test-driven development with tools like pytest/unittest. Nice to Have Experience with FastAPI, or Flask. Exposure to TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Keras for ML development. Background in data analysis, math, or statistics. Contributions to open-source Python or AI/ML projects. Why Join Us?
