Software Developer

As a Software Developer, you will be responsible for designing, coding, and modifying applications using the Microsoft .NET technology stack. Your role will involve close collaboration with internal customers, architects, and project leaders to develop visually appealing applications with user-friendly design and robust functionality. Your responsibilities will include writing efficient code following software development best practices, creating and updating documentation, refining specifications based on technical needs, managing version control, and participating in architectural reviews. You will also work closely with team members to estimate, develop, and deploy solutions, staying current with emerging technologies and troubleshooting issues across various environments and platforms. To qualify for this role, you should have a University Degree or College Diploma in Computer Science or a related field, along with at least 5 years of experience in software development. You must possess strong knowledge of object-oriented programming, database design, and the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC). Proficiency in the Microsoft .NET technology stack, full stack development, web-based application development, and experience with web services and APIs are essential requirements. Additionally, familiarity with source code management, CI/CD, automated deployment, Clean Code principles, Unit Testing, and Test-driven Development is necessary. Good interpersonal and communication skills in English, both oral and written, are also important for this role. Candidates with working knowledge of Azure Cloud services, experience with Angular, React, or similar frameworks, SQL proficiency, and an understanding of Agile values and principles will have an advantage. Familiarity with Azure DevOps, Git, or equivalent source code repositories is preferred. Experience with IoT solutions is considered optional for this position.,
