Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Software Asset Management Specialist, located on-site in Pune. The Specialist will manage the software asset lifecycle, including procurement, deployment, maintenance, and usage tracking of software assets. Day-to-day tasks include ensuring compliance with licensing agreements, maintaining accurate inventory records, optimizing software utilization, and collaborating with various teams for effective software management.

Qualifications

• Experience in Software Asset Management and lifecycle management skills
• Strong understanding of software licensing agreements and compliance
• Proficiency in IT Asset Management (ITAM) tools and software
• Excellent organizational and record-keeping skills
• Effective communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work independently and proactively identify improvement opportunities
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field
• Relevant certifications in Software Asset Management (e.g., CSAM) are a plus
