Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct

    soft skills training programs

    (communication, email etiquette, customer handling, conflict resolution, time management, team collaboration, leadership essentials).
  • Deliver

    new hire induction training

    and refresher sessions tailored for BPO employees.
  • Assess training needs through surveys, performance reports, and manager feedback.
  • Develop

    training content, role plays, simulations, and case studies

    relevant to the BPO/customer service environment.
  • Coach and mentor employees to improve

    customer interaction, empathy, and problem-solving

    skills.
  • Evaluate training effectiveness through feedback, assessments, and on-the-job performance.
  • Collaborate with operations and HR teams to align training modules with business objectives.
  • Maintain training MIS and provide reports on participation and outcomes.
